Tilly completed her A Levels in History, Biology and Sociology at Fort Pitt Grammar School in Chatham and joined Fiscale in September 2018, under the apprenticeship scheme. Tilly is continuing her education studying for the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) Level 4 qualification.
Tilly decided to pursue a career in R&D tax credit as she felt that it would be very rewarding to help companies gain funds to further their investment in R&D. Tilly believed that life in an R&D tax credit consultancy would not be as mundane as working in an accountancy practice! She finds that R&D is always new and exciting and allows her to be constantly learning new things.
The aspect of her work that Tilly likes the most is that each client is different so the job never gets boring. Tilly loves meeting new people and learning what our clients do, especially as many of the companies we work with are at the forefront of their industry. Tilly enjoys seeing how R&D tax credits can allow companies to develop and grow.
